Problem solved. You can now change your password from client panel and will be able to access phpMyAdmin with no other action needed.

At this moment changing your password from client panel will block your access to phpMyAdmin from cPanel.

Resulting into this error: mysqli_connect(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'accountusername'@'localhost' (using password: YES) Undefined index: auth_type

To fix this, you will have to change your password again from cPanel - Password and Security (Top Right).
